About Me
I am a lifelong storyteller and persistent learner, driven by a passion for combining content with aesthetics to share knowledge.
I have extensive experience in corporate and academic curriculum design and analysis and developing hundreds of hours of training, including distance learning, eLearning, and instructor-led (virtual and in-person).
As the founder of thirdpower, I lead by example, using my expertise in adult learning theories and online education technology to mentor the team in crafting unique learning solutions.
My love for reading, science (real and fictional), the ocean, and contemplative coloring fuels my inspiration and creativity in my work.

Leadership training series

This training was developed as part of a series of four modules for leaders to handle mental health concerns in the workplace. I collaborated with the SME to write the content and developed the modules using scenario-based learning interactions.
Food service training microtraining

This module was developed as part of a series of micro-training for managers of a U.S. restaurant chain. I collaborated with the SMEs to write the content and developed the modules using scenario-based learning interactions.
Human resource training

This module was developed as part of a series of trainings for human resources associates at a major credit card company. I collaborated with the SMEs to write the content and develop the theme-based modules.
Corporate virtual classroom training

This instructor led class was developed as part of a program to adopt Agile methodology for the IT Department. The class was presented virtually via Webex, and included a slide presentation with instructor notes and a participant guide.
Higher-ed in-classroom training

This instructor led class was developed as part of a post-doctoral certificate training program for Field Epidemiology. This is a 3-tiered program to train physicians world-wide. I collaborated with several stakeholders globally while working on this project and produced around 50 training modules for the in-class program.
